What skill have you developed since leaving formal education that has been most useful in your career? by John Leister

I have no formal education to speak of. I graduated high school by the skin of my teeth. What I’ve leaned, or rather, embraced, since I became a self-published author, is that when I finish a book, I can start another one, sometimes on the same day, and I don’t have to will myself to do it.
