Since leaving formal education, three interconnected skills have shaped my career; facilitation, coaching, and assessment.
Facilitation taught me to unlock a team’s collective capability rather than simply provide direction. Coaching strengthened my ability to create trust, ask questions that encourage deeper thinking, and help people find their own answers. Assessment gave me a structured lens to help individuals understand their strengths and potential and use them more intentionally.
Together, these skills have transformed me from someone who provides answers into someone who helps people and organisations maximize their potential.
