As mentioned previously, I do not have many employees because I try to manage everything on my own. However, if I did have more employees, the most out there perks I would offer would be to take care of them and their family. For example, offering vouchers for restaurants, stores, or other places they shop at. I would find out how they want to helped, and help them. I believe these perks would motivate many employees because they would feel their boss cares about their well-being. That being said, I have many friends and people who are interested in working for me because of the perks I would offer them and their families.
