In twenty years, I expect to still be building, but with a quieter confidence. The business will have matured into something that runs without constant intervention, grounded in strong clinical governance and a culture that outlasts me. My day will start early, likely somewhere warm, with movement and time to think. I will spend fewer hours in operations and more in mentoring, writing, and shaping systems that improve care at scale. There will still be difficult decisions, but less noise. Evenings will be slower, shared with people I trust, with a sense that the work has been both meaningful and enough.
