Working on your business is no longer an option. What global problem would you most like to throw yourself at trying to solve and why? by Cathy Nesbitt

The global mental health tsunami is one problem I would do my best to solve with laughter. No words are required. Laughter is the universal language. It is high vibration, healing energy. When we laugh, we feel good. When we feel good, we do good. Laughter helps us get present and become more resilient. Stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, sadness and many more are all low vibrating energies. A challenge just to live each moment in this state. Laughter raises us up and energizes us. With a more open mental capacity, we can see issues outside ourselves that need our attention.
