Child trafficking. I have no professional expertise to offer here and no clever argument — this one is simply not negotiable for me. Children are the one group that cannot protect themselves, cannot consent, and cannot walk away. What is done to them doesn’t end when they are found; the trauma stays with them for the rest of their lives. I cannot get my head around anyone being willing to do that to a child. I would put everything I have into stopping it before it happens rather than repairing it afterwards.
