What I bring to advisory and board work is a systems view: the ability to see across silos, surface interdependencies and help leadership make more robust decisions without adding unnecessary complexity. I'm at my best where organisations need sharper priorities, better visibility across initiatives, and governance that enables rather than constrains.
I currently serve on a Board of Advisors for a startup and am a member of the Veblen Director Programme, actively building my governance and board career alongside my executive role. I'm drawn to environments where complexity needs translating into clarity — whether that's a scaling business shaping its first governance structures or an established organisation driving transformation.
