In a recent LinkedIn post, Mark O’Donnell highlights the release of new, independent data validating the effectiveness of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for businesses. The study identified 12 universal systems that drive business performance, categorized into five conditions: Alignment, Discipline, Predictability, Endurance, and Value Creation.
