In a recent LinkedIn post, jessie van breugel discusses a significant strategic pivot within their business, moving from a coaching and education model to a done-for-you service. The shift, initiated by co-founder Ab, aimed to directly address a core client desire: eliminating the ‘homework’ associated with learning to generate clients on LinkedIn.

Van Breugel explains the initial reluctance to embrace the change, fearing a departure from their established successful program. “Honestly? I hated it. I didn’t want us turning into another done-for-you agency, chasing retainers and writing other people’s posts forever,” she writes.

The Rationale Behind the Service-Based Pivot

The original program, which ran for years, saw over 200 founders participate, generating multiple six figures in profit annually and tracking over $3.1 million in client revenue. However, van Breugel highlights a fundamental client motivation that the coaching model didn’t fully satisfy. “Nobody hires us because they want extra homework,” she states, underscoring the insight that led to the new direction.

Van Breugel and her co-founder tested the market viability of their new approach by selling the service before it was fully built. This validation proved successful, with the first group filling quickly. The new model focuses on building and installing a complete LinkedIn client acquisition system for businesses.

Key Components of the New System

The implemented system is designed to handle the complexities and time investment that founders previously had to manage themselves. According to van Breugel, building such a system independently can take approximately 200 hours. The new service, therefore, literally eliminates this significant workload for clients.

The core elements of the installed system include:

  • Positioning that effectively captures the attention of the target audience.
  • A content engine that generates posts in the client’s authentic voice, rather than the service provider’s.
  • A direct message (DM) playbook designed to convert initial engagement into scheduled calls.

Sharing the Playbook and Future Offerings

Currently, van Breugel’s business is not accepting new clients due to high demand from their new service. However, in the coming weeks, she plans to share the complete playbook detailing their system. “Over the next few weeks, I am sharing the complete playbook,” she announced.

Furthermore, van Breugel intends to reveal several proprietary AI tools not publicly available on LinkedIn. Access to this comprehensive playbook and the AI tools will be capped at the first 100 individuals, emphasizing a limited-time opportunity for those seeking to implement a fully built client acquisition system.
