I most admire Sal Khan, founder of Khan Academy. His work shows how technology and AI can be used with purpose, to widen access, personalise learning, and improve outcomes at scale without losing human intent. What stands out is his systems thinking: starting with a clear learning problem, then applying technology responsibly to solve it. That learner first mindset is exactly what meaningful digital transformation in education should look like.
