As an executive coach, my job isn’t to hand you answers — it’s to help you find your own, through questions that surface clarity you may already have but can’t yet see. As a board advisor, I step into a different role: sharing perspective, pattern-recognition from experience, and pointing toward options. Executive coach builds your internal capacity to decide; the board advisor lends you an external lens to decide faster. Both are equally important — just not interchangeably.
