My biggest regret is probably waiting too long to turn the idea behind The One Billion Dollar Billboard into a company. I spent a lot of time thinking through how the concept could work, what the technology should eventually become, and how people might perceive something so different. Looking back, I would have moved faster, launched earlier and tested more assumptions with real customers. That experience taught me that a startup does not need to have everything figured out before it starts. You need a strong enough vision to begin, the courage to put it in front of people, and the willingness to evolve based on what they tell you.
