I would personally have to say Richard Branson. What an amazing entrepreneurial story, from the record industry to airlines (where I spent a large part of my career in the aviation industry). Sitting with him and getting it all first hand, how he got himself out of trouble and rose from lows to how he stayed at the top as well. Would be a great meal for sure!
