I outsource wherever I am able to. Anything that is not in my unique capabilities, I outsource to others. It just makes good sense. If you value your time at say $100 USD an hour (200K or so a year), doing admin tasks that can be handled by a Virtual Assistant you pay $5 an hour to (and they are extremely happy at that rate), means you just created $95 margin for yourself by using the hour productively on something only you can do.
