When things feel hopeless, my first step is to practice some CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) by focusing on the positive, reminding myself of past successes and why I started the journey in the first place, while keeping my ultimate goals in sight. This activity helps build gratitude, reframes the thought process, and visualizes success. I then proceed to break tasks down into smaller, more manageable steps. Focusing on achievable goals creates a sense of progress and accomplishment, which helps reignite my motivation. This approach helps me stay resilient and optimistic, even in challenging times.
