Fear of Playing Small by Trina Kennedy

Trina Kennedy

My biggest fear is playing small because of self-doubt—and realizing too late that I held back my impact. I fear letting that inner critic convince me to shrink, to stay safe, or to dim my light to make others comfortable. I’ve worked hard to find my voice, build a message rooted in healing and growth, and create offerings that truly help people. But sometimes the fear of being “too much” or not enough can still creep in. My greatest fear isn’t failure—it’s regret. I don’t want to look back and see missed opportunities because I didn’t fully show up.
