I had an office before the pandemic, but during the pandemic I realised I was not using the office much even though we were out of lockdown at the time. I thought to myself that this is just another cost which I don’t need to incur, so once my contract ran out, I gave up my office. Most of my in person meetings now are done in coffee shops, or hotel bars. However, a lot of meeting are now virtual. I still like meeting people in person, but I don’t think I need an office to do that. Especially now that there are so many options to meet people anywhere at anytime.
