If I started from scratch today, the biggest change would be starting sooner.
I deeply treasure my 30 incredible years at Nestlé; every global experience shaped who I am. But knowing the joy of my current advisory role, I wish I had taken the leap earlier. While I would have lacked my current depth of experience, the extra time would have allowed me to explore diverse industries much faster.
Ultimately, remaining deeply hungry to learn from every new client has been an incredible journey, and the most refreshing personal change I have made in decades.
