What app or software do you utilise most for business and why? by Indira Bunic

Notion is my digital brain — an all-in-one workspace with notes, calendars, project management, and so much more.

It’s not just software, it’s a cognitive extension that serves as an animated canvas to map complex ideas, track intricate workflows, and as a petri dish for living, breathing documents that mutate in real-time. Where traditional tools induce friction, Notion induces flow. And it’s a mercilessly sophisticated medium that allows static text to become dynamic, interconnected knowledge landscapes.

The power is in its radical flexibility. Whether I have to architect a strategic roadmap, document complex research findings, or build collaborative spaces for team ideation, Notion fits around how I think, not the other way around. Database views, relational links, embedded media, templates—it’s not so much a tool as its own flexible intelligence layer that sits over my work.

Its strength is its integration. It is not simply a storage facility; it is a living, breathing knowledge network where ideas can rub up against one another, cross-pollinate, and produce new and surprising intellectual creations. In an ever-more complicated world, Notion is not just a software tool—it’s a competitive advantage as it helps transform information into informed action.
