I believe the recruitment indsutry has a slightly unhealthy obession with CVs.
More CVs. Faster CVs. Better VCs. 47 CVs by Friday!
But here’s my belief: the client doesn’t actually want CVs. They want their business problem solved.
So perhaps it’s time we stopped measuring how busy recrutiers are…. ad srarted measuring whether the right people actually changed the business.
