My approach to outsourcing begins with checking my intention and ensuring I am putting in my best efforts first to the issue at hand. I believe outsourcing should never be a shortcut but a strategic choice made after exhausting my own (as well as my team) capacity to deliver. By clarifying why I am outsourcing and aligning it with the project’s long-term goals, I ensure that external partners add real value rather than simply filling gaps.
