My best time management/prioritization hack is: Figure out who your A1 Prospects/Clients/Partners are depending on your role, determine whatever tasks you need to complete to move them forward, after you finish those tasks you can look at others. An A1 Client, for instance could be a Fortune 1000 company you are selling to. An order from them is huge for your business, you are in the running to win the deal, so focus on whatever tasks are necessary to move that forward. After you finish them, move on to the next A1 prospect. Don’t work on a B until all the A1’s are complete!
