I LOVE this question. My TOP time management hack is using a Dashboard to prioritize your life + business.
When we combine FOCUS with an OUT of the BOX thinking, everything changes. I ask all the time – How can I have more than enough time to create with freedom.
I use ClickUp and it helps me ttay focused + then I ask how I automate and delegate ALL the TIME to
FREE up time step by step.
For example, I track metrics on both B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer) on metrics including larger projects e.g. CMO and projected launches.
B2B outreach involves focusing in on an easy way to connect with a potential community who may be interested in CMO work. I then automate and/or delegate this to free up time.
With B2C marketing, this may involve creating 1 piece of long-form content using it for 2 course platforms (delegating uploading the content), and delegate editing + uploading the content for 5 other social media platforms.
In short, prioritize, manage, and think limitlessly to free up your time.
