I would say my key learning is for you to be adaptable in your business. None of us had any control over COVID. Those that adapted fastest survived if they were in industries hammered by lockdowns and restrictions, like tourist businesses and restaurants. In other industries, they flourished by moving fast.
Take restaurants for instance. Buffet’s are popular here in Thailand. The good ones moved fast, created ordering apps you can scan the bar code at your table, and instead of serving yourself, they served you what you ordered. Bet that cut way down on waste, too! That’s just one example.
