I printed a life chart called “My Life in Weeks”, and it’s visible to me daily.
It contains a row of 52 dots, repeated 88 times downward (52 columns, 88 rows)
Each dot represents 1 week. So 52 dots represents 1 year.
The average lifespan for a Singaporean Male is 88 years old, so 88 rows.
Whenever each week passes, I would shade it.
In a way, it’s like counting to death.
Well, it depends on how you look at it, but 1 thing for sure you will realize how fast time is ticking and how “little” time you have left.
For me, that’s all the motivation in the world I need.
