A perfect day, professionally, would entail starting the day reviewing data and dashboards where all the indicators were green, revenue, productivity and margin graphs were moving up and to the right and metrics related to overheads, risk and client acquisition costs were moving down and the the left.
Checking email, the inbox would filled with executed contracts and positive client satisfaction survey results.
Next, some leadership meetings where employee engagement and job satisfaction was trending in healthy directions.
Finally, production meetings where deliverables were being delivered with timeline and quality standards being exceeded.
Shifting to the personal side – ample time for reflection, recreation, regrouping and recharging.
Day is Done.
