A perfect day for me starts early, somewhere quiet, with a strong coffee and a bit of space to think. Ideally I’m by the sea or in the mountains, grounded before the noise of the day begins. I’d build in a Pilates session to reset physically and mentally before the day unfolds. Work would involve meaningful conversations, the kind where you can see something shift for someone, even slightly. There’s a sense of progress, not pressure. I’d switch off properly for a while, and end the day with good food and people I trust. Nothing extravagant, just a day that feels balanced, purposeful, and fully lived.
