My best time-management hack is having both a weekly and daily process.
Every Sunday morning, I review my priorities across work, life, relationships, etc and decide what matters most for the week. Then I schedule each priority against a specific day.
Before switching off each evening, I review what I completed, reschedule anything outstanding, and confirm the next day’s priorities.
Most importantly, I allocate actual time for everything in my diary. A priority without protected time is just a good intention (it’s far too easy to get pulled into other things or simply run out of day).
