Without a doubt the increase of interest in “Experience Coaching”. Humans connect by story and by shared experiences. When we create a container that allows people to connect, experience the possible shifts in real-time and, most importantly, feel and see the results, they become more committed to the actions that will recreate that outcome. Taking the coaching outdoors and providing innovative and alternative approaches is something I regularly do with my clients, and I am excited to see this move into the corporate space more. Breathwork and movement are two things I’m most excited about. Simple, yet powerful.
