You know how a school has a principal who makes sure everyone follows the rules and keeps kids safe? I do something like that, but for big companies. I sit with grown-ups who run companies and ask them, are you being fair, are you keeping people’s secrets safe, are you telling the truth about your work. If something feels wrong, I speak up, even if it’s uncomfortable. I also talk about this on my own show, like a podcast, so other helpers can learn how to do it too. It’s like a referee, but for grown-up teams.
