How do you get into the ‘zone’ when it comes to working? by Neelu Kaur

Flow state comes in the form of movement for me. As a yoga teacher and a very physically active person, I find movement as a precursor to getting into flow or the ‘zone.’ Before facilitating a workshop, I usually dance or jump up and down to get the blood flowing. Before writing or designing, I tend to be most creative at night, usually after a workout or a good sweat!
