If I were starting from scratch, the biggest change would be building the case-study method and the podcast in parallel from day one, rather than sequentially. I spent early time building it and only later structured it into a format. Starting with that discipline immediately and breaking down real governance failures methodically, publishing consistently would have compressed the time taken. I’d also engage regulators and industry bodies earlier, rather than establishing credibility solely through content first. The substance of my work wouldn’t change; what would change is the sequencing, so visibility and depth built together, not sequentially.
