For general office tasks, Microsoft 365. Its been around forever and every organization I have worked with use it. Its pretty much generic in business.
For email, VPN, storage, password management, etc. I use the Proton suite. Their whole existence is centered around privacy and security and, these days, that makes Proton a no brainer for me.
