What do you wish your prospects would understand before they talk to you? by Val Toledo

To answer this question, one needs to define what is meant by ‘prospect’ in the context of this answer, the definition I found is as follows:

“a person regarded as likely to succeed or as a potential customer, client,”

Answering this question based on the above definition, my feelings would be deeply rooted in the area of deep responsibility and accountability, from myself as well as the client. Walking the healing journey within the Alignment Coaching is not for the faint hearted, it is dependent on resilience strength and courage. The courage to see the truth, to remove the veils that blind one, and definitely not a journey steeped in fantasies and pretty words that shower one in lies and deception.

For those wanting a real healing journey that shifts one out of victim consciousness into co-creative consciousness and truly want to hold this space in all areas of their lives, need to accept responsibility for their growth and accountability for their losses. Without this commitment to the contract, real change will not happen.
