It has to be travel. I much prefer to spend money on experiences than possessions, especially whilst my children are young – I want them to grow up with memories and be inspired to travel when they grow up.
One of their favourites is boating, whether it be in the UK or chartering when we go abroad, they love being out at sea and you always meet interesting people in the harbour or at a yacht club.
It’s definitely feels extravagant but I never regret the expense.
