Covid exposed the fact that resilience is about building organisations that can adapt without breaking. The companies that recovered best weren’t necessarily the biggest or the fastest. They were the ones with strong leadership, healthy cultures and the ability to respond to change. It reinforced my belief that sustainable success comes from designing businesses that can withstand uncertainty, not just perform well when conditions are perfect.
