There are only three things required for motivation: P + B + 3S.
P- Purpose – What is the big why of what you are trying to do? If you can tap into the larger purpose it will drive motivation.
B – Body Budget / Energy – What does my body need in this moment to move forward with the task? Sleep, food, hydration..etc. You must have the energy in order to work.
3S – What 3 small single steps can I take to get closer to the larger goal
We often overestimate what we can accomplish in a day and underestimate what we can accomplish in a month. Creating small simple steps on a daily basis will lead to a fruitful desired outcome in a month or months. Stick with a plan.
