In challenging times, presence is crucial – being in the moment. When faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles, a powerful motivation hack is to break my goals into smaller, achievable steps. This allows me to be fully present with each task (one at a time) thereby preventing me from getting overwhelmed. I create a checklist of the steps and celebrate each small victory, reinforcing my motivation. If a step proves challenging, I adapt my approach while staying in the moment. By following this incremental process, I not only stay motivated but also cultivate a mindful presence. This approach brings me closer to overcoming seemingly insurmountable challenges while appreciating the journey one step at a time.
