A perfect day would involve waking up with the sun (the natural alarm clock!), meditation & breathwork followed by either weight training or yoga, depending on the day. Coffee at home with my partner before starting the day to see 1-2 coaching clients and 2-3 wellness sessions. Depending on the day, I’d also carve out time for self-study. Cooking dinner at home to unwind and sharing about my day with my partner. Going for a evening stroll and then reading for at least 30 minutes before getting into bed.
